So far this program is everything I need it to be. The ability to easily and quickly drag and drop files for conversation simply my goals of developing my own custom collection of music. 1. Unsatisfying Audio Quality
I bought the viwizard spotify converter software because it boasted a 5x conversion speed. After using the songs in Serato, I noticed that a bunch of songs had skips in them both in sound and in the waveform displayed by Serato. After some experimentation I determined that about 20-25% of songs had this problem.
I reported the issue to customer service as soon as I noticed the problem and I doubt that very many people would have noticed the problem at all. They recommended that I convert at 1x speed. For the $100 price tag, this is not what I paid for. I respectfully requested a refund and was told that because it was passed the 30 days refund policy that no refund could be issued.

2. Slow Conversion
I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a license for their audio conversion app to learn from my mistake and save their money. I made the error of purchases a perpetual license. Upon minutes of trying the app I was severely disappointed. The duration for the ripping takes almost the entire time of the song so you might as well record it in real time. Plus the ripped audio was filled with skips. The website also claims to have a 'try before you buy refund policy' that allows you to ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase for a perpetual license. The support staff was very reluctant to honor their policy claiming that "unsatisfactory experience" was not an acceptable circumstance for a refund. After going back and forth numerous times, it was only willing to offer a 40 percent refund. This was a severe waste of time and money. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from VIWIZARD

Their “money back guarantee” is anything but and basically only covers “catastrophic technical failures”. No joke. Read the fine print. Also their much advertised “5x conversion” is only available on windows. Again allegedly in the fine print somewhere. I never saw it. These are dishonest people. Choose something else.
